Introduction：Our company ERAY is one of the major producers of olivine material in Turkey. Our existence as an exporter in the mining sector has continued successfully for 20 years due to the importance that we attach to the production quality. We mainly sell our product as EBT olivine filler sand and foundry sand. The dimensions in our portfolio for these sectors are as follows; EBT material sizes are: 1-5mm, 2-6mm, 2-7mm, 3-8mm Foundry sand sizes are: AFS 45-50 AFS 40-45 AFS 60-65 AFS 30 In addition, our sales to Refractory, Iron & Steel and Sandblasting, Casting sectors have several production material sizing. Our current portfolio is as shown: 0-2mm, 0-3mm, 1-2mm, 1-3mm 0-500 micron 500-1000micron under 75 micron under 200 micron 5-50cm lump material 100-1000 micron We are able to produce similar sizes as per our customers' requests. All sizes of sieve analysis are available, please ask for specific data. Besides size information, technically, our olivine has high standards with its hard, highly selectable green colour, and high magnesium level with low LOI. Our olivine does not contain asbestos. We could provide these products in desired volumes in big bags (as 1000-1500 kg) or in kraft bags (in 20-25 kg paper bags) packing in container options. We could supply lump olivine sand in large tonnages into bulk vessel options. I would also like to share the information about our mine; We have our own Olivine deposit, which has a huge reserve for long-term business, in Köyceğiz located in the southwest of Turkey. We have two factories for processing our olivine, located in Torbalı, Izmir and in Köyceğiz, Muğla. We crush, size, process and pack the material in our own facilities. Our Torbalı factory is 40 km away from the Izmir port. And we use the Izmir port to export our products. We are exporting our olivine products for the usage of different industries in many different counties of the World: Ukraine, Russia, Macedonia, S.Africa, S.Arabia, Egypt, Malaysia, India, and the United States.
