SupplyYKK、YRKK Series Medium-sized High Voltage 3-phase Asynchronous Motor
The frame of motor is welded by steel plate to be formed atank-type.The protection degree of the enclosure for themotor is IP44 and other type can IP54.The type of installa-tion is IM B3,cooling methods are IC611.
The winding of motor will be provided with a good insulationand moistureproof performance after it is treated with vacumpressure impregnation or impregnated integrally.
The rotor winding of the YKK series motor is made of castaaluminium or copper bar.The rotor winding of YRKK seriesmotor is made of copper bar wrapped,with insulation classF.
In general,the motor has one shaft extension,in which a flatkey is designed to provide for the YKK series squirrel-cagemotors and YRKK serie wound motors with the shaft heightunder H500(including H500),but a tangential key isprovided for series YRKK wound motors withthe shaftheight is over H560(including H560)
The motor is designed to use rolling bearing with greaselubrication or sliding with diluted oil lubrication.The oil canbe charged and discharged conveniently.
The terminal box of the motor is mounted on the right sideof the frame(viewed from shaft extension),it can also bemounted on the left on user"s requirements.
