1. Product Introduction
The equipment measures the width of the plate by using the principle of dual-probe width measurement. The probes are arranged vertically and can measure the width of the plate passing through when the plate surface is in a horizontal state. The dual measuring heads of the width gauge are independently set on the slide module, and a wide-angle measuring head is added at each measuring head. The position of the width measuring head is adjusted based on the edge position of the sheet monitored by the wide-angle measuring head. The width gauge is mainly equipped with an upper computer control system, an external LED display screen, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, etc. An embedded intelligent module can be added.

3. Function Description
(1) LCD display content: real-time measurement values, standard values, upper and lower tolerances, etc.
(2) Display content on the external screen: Real-time measurement values.
(3) Product parameter Settings: Parameters such as product specifications, standard width values, and upper and lower tolerances can be set.
(4) System parameter Settings: Refresh rate, communication port, system zero calibration, etc. can be set.
(5) Alarm Settings: The threshold for alarm can be set. When the measured value exceeds the tolerance, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered.
(6) Correction function: Automatic correction, and automatic calibration after placing the standard diameter gauge block;
Manual correction: Fill in the correction amount (the value that needs to be increased or decreased) and then make the correction.
(7) Switch signal output function: When the measured data exceeds the set range, a switch signal is output.
4. Scope of application
The equipment is mainly used for online width detection of cold-rolled metal sheets, hot-rolled metal sheets, plastic sheets, rubber sheets, wood sheets and other sheet production lines where the width direction is parallel to the ground.
