Measurement Principle
The HW01-DG120 bench-type thickness gauge is equipped with a high-precision laser displacement sensor. It measures the height of the stacked items on the support plate with the support plate as the reference plane.

3. Mechanical Structure
Fully enclosed housing, preventing dust from entering, preventing splashing water, and oiding electromagnetic interference, suitable for harsh operating environments
4. Cleaning Components
Can be paired with a duckbill-type cleaning structure to clean the window, extending the maintenance cycle for users
5. Expandable Interfaces
The hardware interfaces include RS422, RS232, RS485, RJ45, relay dry contact input and output.
RS422, RS232, and RS485 support the Modbus-RTU protocol, enabling interaction with external systems and facilitating the negotiation of product models to be tested and the exchange of measurement results.
RJ45 supports the Modbus-TCP, OPC-UA, S7, and MQTT protocols, enabling interaction with external systems and facilitating the negotiation of product models and the exchange of measurement results. Relay dry contact input and output can interact with external devices to transmit and receive digital signals.

The device frame and the housing are designed as an integrated unit, featuring stable structure and compact space, making it convenient for users to place.
7. Measurement Interface/Function
The measuring instrument is equipped with an embedded small touch screen, which has a simple interface and is easy to operate.
8. Application Scope: Thickness measurement for steel plates, aluminum plates, circuit boards, and films in industries such as metal processing, electronic components, chemicals, and food.
9. Function Description
1. System Zero Adjustment Function: It can calibrate the "zero position" of the support plate or place a spacer plate on the support plate to calibrate the "zero position";
2. Multi-point Measurement Function: It can measure three points each time and calculate the erage value of the three points;
3. Display Function: It displays the data of three measurements as well as the erage value of the three measurements;
4. Data Transmission Function, providing RS232 digital interface and anaterface;
5. Recording Function: It can input the displayed data into PC software for data analysis;
