The photoelectric measurement products of Bluepeng adopt the object-side telecentric optical path system and CCD imaging method for non-contact size detection.
The core component of the photoelectric measurement products is the telecentric photoelectric probe, which is abbreviated as "photoelectric probe". Each set of probes consists of an emission lens and a receiving lens.
The light emitted by the point light source within the shooting lens passes through the shooting lens and forms a parallel light field. The parallel light in the field is then focused by the receiving lens and forms an image on the CCD chip.
When the measured object passes through the field of view, the area blocked by the object is displayed as a dark shadow on the CCD chip. Through the photoelectric conversion of the CCD chip and the digital processing of the corresponding circuit system, the diameter D of the measured object can be calculated based on the width L of the shadow.
