• Weight: 45g–55g per piece.
• Quality Constraints: No broken bones (or <3-5%), no feathers, no black pads/spots, no blood, no, no bruises.
• Processing: Well-cleaned, <5% moisture/water content.
• Freezing/Storage: Blast frozen at -37°C to -40°C, stored at -18°C.
• Packaging: Usually 10kg/15kg/20kg carton boxes, often 2 x 10kg polybags.
• Shelf Life: 12 to 24 months.
