YIHO First-Time Order Third-Party Inspection & Quality Assurance Policy

Dear Valued Customer,
为确保首次合作订单的产品质量稳定，YIHO所有新客户订单统一执行强制下：
To ensure stable product quality and full-process transparency and control in delivery, YIHO implements a mandatory third-party inspection mechanism for all first-time orders as follows:
一、适用范围 | Scope of Application
本政策适用于所有首次合作订单（First-time Orders），作为订单执行的必要组成部分。
This policy applies to all first-time orders and constitutes an essential part of order execution.
、检测机构 | Inspection Authorities
所有检验须由国际认可的独立第三方检测机构执行，包括但不限于 SGS、Bureau Veritas，或由客户指定并认可的检测机构。
All inspections must be conducted by internationally recognized independent third-party agencies, including but not limited to SGS, Bureau Veritas, or inspection bodies designated and approved by the client.
三、检验范围（全流程覆盖） | Inspection Scope (Full Proceoverage)
第三方检验将覆盖生产及交付全过程关键节点，包括但不限于：
Third-party inspection will cover key stages throughout the entire production and delivery process, including but not limited to:
化学成分检测（Chemical Composition Analysis）
产品质量与规格检测（Quality & Specification Inspection）
生产过程抽检（In-process Inspection，如适用）
装柜过程监装（Container Loading Supervision）
出货前检验（Pre-shipment Inspection）
装运监督与核查（Shipment Supervision）
四、费用承担 | Cost Responsibility
上述全部第三方检验及监督相关费用，均由YIHO全额承担，客户无需承担任何额外检测成本。
All costs related to the above third-party inspections and supervision shall be fully borne by YIHO, with no additional inspection costs for the customer.
