Product Description

Working Principle

Temperature Range: Stable below 65°C, with an optimal operating temperature range of 55-60°C.

Usage Instructions
In beer production, β-Amylase is added before saccharification or fermentation. It can also be used as an enzyme ingredient in compound beer enzymes. The recommended dosage is 0.1–0.3L per ton of dry malt, with saccharification at optimal conditions for 0.5–1 hour.
