Product Introduction
1.Dental implant titanium wires are used in the manufacturing of implanted medical devices, prostheses, or adjuvant therapy devices.
2. Medical titanium wire has excellent corrosion resistance, elastic modulus close to natural bone and excellent biocompatibility. The pure titanium for medical use is single-phase and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.
3. It used as internal bone plate, bone screw, dental implant, etc., titanium mesh or titanium plate is also used to make artificial skull, artificial heart valve, cardiac pacemaker and titanium alloy for radiotherapy, etc.
Chemical composition
1. The chemical composition of the product shall conform to the provisions of the corresponding brand in ASTM F136.
2. The hydrogen content of pure titanium, Gr.5 and Gr.23 swelling shall not be greater than 0.010%.
3. When the demander reinspects, the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall conform to the provisions of ASTM F136.
Dimensions and Allowable Deviation
1. The outer dimension and allowable deviation of medical titanium plate should conform to the provisions of ASTM F136.
2. The dimension and allowable deviation of medical titanium rod should conform to ASTM F136.
3. The dimensions and allowable deviation of medical titanium wire should comply with the provisions of ASTM F136.
Performance
1. The mechanical properties of the product should be tested on the specimen billet after heat treatment. The recommended heat treatment regime for the specimen is 550℃~750℃ for pure titanium
2. Gr.5, Gr.23 alloys are kept at 700℃~850℃ for 0.5h~3h, air-cooled, and the coils can also be vacuum annealed.
3. The supplier can adjust the heat treatment system appropriately.
