Product Introduction
The equipment uses adjustable measurement range dual probes to measure the diameter dimensions of the upper and lower cross-sections of cylindrical objects. The equipment is equipped with a rotatable stage. Place the object to be measured on the stage. After starting the measurement, the stage will rotate once and the measurement will automatically end.
During the measurement process, the software system displays real-time measurement data, and at the same time, the system automatically statistically calculates the maximum value, minimum value, erage value, ellipticity, integral perimeter and other statistical data of the measurement data. After the measurement is completed, the software interface displays the maximum value, minimum value, erage value and ellipticity of the diameter data. When switched to the perimeter mode, the maximum value, minimum value and erage value of the perimeter are displayed.
The equipment is mainly used for batch inspection of cylindrical processed parts, honeycomb ceramic carriers and other parts.
