Lanpeng masters the application technologies of various types of sensors such as laser displacement sensors, laser distance sensors, laser position-sensitive sensors, linear displacement sensors, magnetostrictive sensors, Angle sensors, rotary encoders, grating rulers, and electronic rulers, and independently develops a series of high-precision products

Optoelectronic products: The independently developed optoelectronic probe adopts fully digital high-frequency measurement technology, with a measurement frequency as high as 2000Hz. It uses CCD imaging technology and Wufang telecentric optical path system, with an accuracy of up to 0.001mm.
Laser products: The independently developed laser probe adopts high-performance brushless motors and long-life semiconductor lasers, with a measurement frequency up to 3200Hz and a measurement accuracy of up to 0.005mm.
Visual products: By using high frame rate and high dynamic range industrial cameras in combination with mature supplementary lighting technology, high-efficiency and high-precision detection of the length, width and other geometric dimensions of various online long materials and plates is achieved through traditional algorithms and deep learning algorithms, with an accuracy of up to 0.1mm.
X-ray products: Utilizing X-ray sources that cause less harm to the human body, the thickness of waterproof boards, plastic boards and other plates is measured through X-rays. The heating temperature of each die head on the production line is controlled by the APC control system based on the thickness dimensions, achieving automatic control of product quality. The measurement accuracy can reach 0.002mm.
Comprehensive measurement products: By combining multiple sensors such as photoelectric, laser, and visual sensors for measurement, they are compatible with various measurement requirements and achieve excellent measurement results. For instance, the surface inspection instrument developed by our company, by combining 3D line laser and industrial camera, can simultaneously detect planar and depth defects, and can identify 1X1X0.5mm (length X width X depth) defects.
