1. Product Introduction
The equipment adopts a wide-angle probe for measurement, with the probe arranged vertically. It is mainly equipped with a small single-chip microcomputer system and an external digital tube display screen. According to needs, it can be added with an embedded intelligent module, an upper computer control system, etc. The lower part of the equipment can be equipped with auxiliary devices such aissor and fork lifting platforms.
2. Measurement Principle:
The wide-angle photoelectric probe, also known as the wide-angle probe, is a large-viewing Angle photoelectric probe composed of the CCD acquisition circuit of the photoelectric probe and a wide-angle lens. The light source used in conjunction with the wide-angle probe is an LED strip light source, and the length of the light source is determined based on the field of view Angle and distance of the probe. The advantage of a wide-angle probe is that it has a large field of view and can measure objects larger than the lens diameter. Due to the phenomenon that the image size of a wide-angle probe varies with the object distance during imaging, object distance correction is required when using a wide-angle probe for measurement.
2. Function Description
(1) LCD display content: real-time measurement values, standard values, upper and lower tolerances, etc.
(2) Display content on the external screen: Real-time measurement values.
(3) Product parameter Settings: Parameters such as product specifications, standard width values, and upper and lower tolerances can be set.
(4) System parameter Settings: Refresh rate, communication port, system zero calibration, etc. can be set.
(5) Alarm Settings: The threshold for alarm can be set. When the measured value exceeds the tolerance, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered.
(6) Correction function: Automatic correction, and automatic calibration after placing the standard diameter gauge block;
Manual correction: Fill in the correction amount (the value that needs to be increased or decreased) and then make the correction.
Switch signal output function: When the measured data exceeds the set range, a switch signal is output.
(7) Up and down jitter correction function (laser distance sensor is required as an option)
4. Scope of application
The equipment is mainly used for online width measurement of metal plates, strips, rubber plates, plastic plates, fabrics and other production lines where the plate surfaces pass through in a horizontal state
